Eddie Henderson

Trumpeter born in New York in 1940, he played from 1970 to 1973 in Herbie Hancock's Mwandishi group, with whom he recorded his first two albums, Realization (1972) and Inside Out (1973). He combined music with a career as a psychiatrist and returned to acoustic jazz in the 1990s.
