Formed in Paris around 1999 by Frenchman Philippe Cohen Solal, Swiss Christoph H. Müller and Argentine Eduardo Makaroff, Gotan Project blends Argentine tango and electronics (samples, beats, breaks). The group has released La Revancha del Tango (2001), Lunático (2006) and Tango 3.0 (2010).
