Ilhan Ersahin

Saxophonist born in Sweden to a Turkish father and a Swedish mother, Ilhan Ersahin moved to New York in 1990 to study jazz and opened the club Nublu there in 2002, in the Lower East Side, which also became his label. In 2008 he launched the Istanbul Sessions project with Istanbul-based musicians.
