Belgian pianist and composer, settled in post-bop and in a trio with Sal La Rocca on double bass and Hans Van Oosterhout on drums. Silent Spring (Pygmalion, 1999) was recorded in Brussels; Tomboctou (W.E.R.F., 2002) expands the trio into a sextet with Laurent Blondiau, Frank Vaganée and Kurt Van Herck.
