Opening track of The Printmakers, Geri Allen's first album as a leader, recorded as a trio on February 8 and 9, 1984 in Stuttgart and released in 1985 by Minor Music. All the compositions are by the pianist. Geri Allen is among the founding members of the M-Base collective with Steve Coleman, Greg Osby and Cassandra Wilson.
