Long title piece of the album recorded in September 1978 in Ludwigsburg and released by ECM in 1979. Leo Smith plays in a trio with Dwight Andrews and vibraphonist Bobby Naughton. A member of the Association for the Advancement of Creative Musicians from 1967, Smith developed his graphic notation system, Ankhrasmation, starting in 1970.
