Bennie Moten's Kansas City Orchestra · 1932 · Camden session, without Moten on piano

Context

Cut on December 13, 1932, at the Victor studios in Camden, New Jersey, at the band's last session, which also yielded "Moten Swing." Moten does not play on it: Count Basie is on piano, with Ben Webster, Hot Lips Page, Walter Page and arrangements mostly signed by Eddie Durham, which foreshadow the Basie sound.
